Rose Lafferty lesson prices:

• 1-hour private $60 per rider

• 1-hour semiprivate (2 riders) $50 per rider

• 1-hour group (3+ riders) $40 per person

BEMER PEMF therapy available for $20 a session. Travel sessions available based on availability and may include an additional travel fee.

 Horse training sessions: available for Walnut Spring Stables boarders for $30 a session.

 Lessons are available for the beginner to the advanced rider. Rose's focus is helping to build a solid foundation for riders and horses. With a focus on biomechanics (the ability to use your body to affect the horse) Rose's instruction crosses all disciplines. 

Meet Rose

Rose has been riding since she was young and has experience in multiple disciplines including: 4H, Open shows, Hunt seat,  Dressage, Eventing, Western Dressage, Saddle seat, Western pleasure and games. In college she competed on the Rochester Institute of Technologies IHSA Western team.

Throughout the years Rose has had the opportunity to be a show groom for Dressage trainer Bruno Greber, coach the RIT IHSA Western team, be an assistant coach for the VT Western team, complete the Western Dressasge Association of America Train the Trainers course, work at local horse farms around Blacksburg VA, Judge Open horse shows and 4H shows. But her love has always been in working with horses and riders.

Frequently Rose can be heard saying "My hope is that if I can give everyone a solid foundation that then they can do any discipline they want to try."
